Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Refunds:

Refunds will be done only through the original payment method.

 

Accessories:

Accessories include most premanufactured, non-customized items.

 

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Apparel:

Apparel includes item that is altered to a customer’s requirements (fabric cutting, sewing, selection, monogram, etc.) and/or it cannot be returned to its original state including but not limited to most shirts, jackets, trousers and some ties, etc.

Because of the personal and customized nature of our products we cannot offer refunds once products are created.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation:

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to reduce any incurred costs.

Accessories:

Orders of accessories can be cancelled for a full refund as long as it the cancellation occurs before shipment pickup is scheduled.  Once scheduled the customer will have to receive scheduled delivery and then treat the purchase as a return.

 

Apparel:

Because of the personal and customized nature of our products apparel orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.

 

Changes to order:

If you would like to change your recent order please contact us as soon as possible.

 

We can accommodate most small changes to your selection if they haven’t been implemented yet.  Selections such as fabric and lining cannot be changed once ordered without an additional fee to replace used materials.  However, some selections such as button type can usually be changed up until shipment without charge.  Changes to original order may result in delay.

 

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us via email at [email protected] so we can arrange pickup.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Replacement:

In the following situations we will work to immediately rectify the situation.

 

If the wrong product was sent or the product is defective, we will collect the item and make the appropriate corrections.

If the product was damaged in shipping, then a complaint must be filed with the courier and an insurance claim filed.
